MAY FAIR ANNOUNCEMENTS!! SAVE THE DATE: Friday, May 8, 2020 from 7am-2pm WE NEED YOU!! We are urgently looking for volunteers who would like to be part of the May Fair team in order to continue the beloved Noelani tradition! Don’t be alarmed, you are shadowing our experienced committee members who will guide you through the process step-by-step with much support. MAY FAIR ANNOUNCEMENTS!! SAVE THE DATE: Friday, May 8, 2020 from 7am-2pm WE NEED YOU!! We are urgently looking for volunteers who would like to be part of the May Fair team in order to continue the beloved Noelani tradition! Don’t be alarmed, you are shadowing our experienced committee members who will guide you through the process step-by-step with much support. So join us now! ____ Keiki Games: Help set up and operate the class games with the Room Parents. ____ Keiki Corner: Order prizes and set up/operate the prize redemption area with volunteers. ____ Produce: Arrange the produce donation from the local farmers and oversee sales with volunteers. ____ Parking: Manage the parking of the visitors on the day of the event with volunteers. ____ Silent Auction: Organize the donation requests from corporates and families, package and prepare items for auction with co-chairs and volunteers. Oversee sales. Volunteers needed in March! ____ Cookie baking on Mar 16th and 17th from 7:00-10:30am at Noelani Cafeteria (8 volunteers) ____ Phone calling to follow up the prior donation requests to the corporate donors for Silent Auction between late March and mid-April at your convenience (15 volunteers) If you are a home gardener, you can donate your plants! ____ I can donate pots of flowers, herbs, and plants to be dropped off during the week of May Fair between May 4th and 7th. Who we are
Noelani Elementary Parent-Teacher Association is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Hawaii PTA and National PTA organizations. The Noelani PTA involves students, parents and teachers in programs and projects throughout the school year to support Noelani’s school culture and enhance the education of Noelani students. It helps create a sense of community through activities such as teacher appreciation week, printing school t-shirts, and organizing fun events that create memories for students and parents such as the Craft Fair, Jog-a-Thon, May Fair and Movie Night. |
