Hall O' Treats 2024

Here are a few reminders about Hall O’ Treats this Friday, October 25.
- Costume Contest: To participate in the costume contest please sign up via the link sent by your room parent. Entries are limited to the first 50 RSVPs. The costume contest will start at 5:45 p.m. in the cafeteria. To ensure a spot please sign up by Wednesday, October 20, 2024.
- Treat/Beverage Donations: The PTA is still accepting treat and beverage donations. Please drop off treats in the office and beverages to the cafeteria stage.
- Bentos: If you pre-ordered bentos they can be picked up starting at 5:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. Bento tickets will be sent home with students on Thursday. If your child loses the tickets or is sick that day we will also have a will call available the night of. Bento orders are now closed.
- Costumes: As a reminder costumes should not include any weapons or be offensive to other students/families.
- Trick or Treating: Trick or Treating will be from 6:30 to 7:30. The PTA kindly asked that you do not take your students out to the tables earlier. An announcement will be made when trick or treating can begin.
- Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The school and the PTA are not providing supervision for this event.
- Parking: Parking will be limited. The main lot, side lot, and grassy area will be open for parking but we are expecting over 200 families at the event. We encourage you to walk if you live close to school or carpool. The only entrance into the parking lot will be through the main lot by the cafeteria so that parking flows in one direction and helps ensure the safety of our keiki. Please be cautious when driving in the parking lot and around the school that night as there will be lots of excited keiki running around and it will be dark.
