The Hawaii State PTA is pleased to announce the slate of nominees for the upcoming election to be held at the Annual Hawaii State PTSA Virtual Convention on Saturday, June 19, 2021. This list is the product of the process for nominations provided by Hawaii State PTSA bylaws and policy. We thank every volunteer leader for their willingness to serve. 

The Hawaii State PTSA bylaws also offer the opportunity to "run from the floor". Due to the nature of our virtual event, candidates wishing to run from the floor must email hawaiiptsapresident@gmail.com with their intent to run by no later than 11:59pm on Wednesday June 16, 2021

National Teacher’s Appreciation Week is May 3-7, and the PTA is excited to celebrate Noelani’s entire faculty and staff with lunch and small tokens throughout the week to express our gratitude for all they do to care for, nurture, and educate our children. 
We’d like to invite all students to join us in honoring their teachers and showing them how much they are loved by participating in the daily “appreciation challenges” described below. If you have any questions, please contact Kristen Brummel.

Congratulations to our very own Mr. Higa for being recognized by the Hawaii Children's Action Network (HCAN) as the Champions for Children Award winner in the K-12 teacher category! This year, HCAN’s awards honor community members who went above and beyond to support kids during COVID-19. A panel of judges evaluated nearly 90 public nominations and chose one winner in each category.

Mr. Higa will be honored in a live virtual ceremony on April 7, 2021 at 6-7 pm.  Tickets to view the event are free and available at: https://champions.hawaii-can.org/tickets

(Funds raised during the event will go directly toward HCAN’s work to ensure that all keiki are healthy, safe, and ready to learn.)

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to host our card pick-up.  If you opted to pick up your Spirit Cards, we will offer free mail delivery of your cards to make up for this inconvenience.
Please check your email for communication about this change and respond as soon as possible. 
All Spirit Cards should be mailed out by Friday, March 12.
