Noelani May Fair
One of our biggest events which caps off the school year is our May Fair, a wonderful Noelani tradition, featuring beautiful May Day performances, exciting activities for all ages, food, and loads of fun. Typically held in May, the May Fair is one of the PTA's biggest fundraisers, with proceeds helping to fund many different programs at Noelani.
Start your day at the Floral Shop (located just outside of the office) to make sure you get a beautiful wristlet, floral headband, or lei.
The Floral Shop opens at 7:00am but be sure to get there early because they sell very quickly!

Next, check out the delectable goodies at the Bake Shop, Bentos, and Produce booths, which stay open until they are sold out.

The highlight of the day is always the May Day Performances, which usually take place during mid-morning.
The celebration continues thereafter with Keiki Games, Keiki Corner, and a student Variety Show - from around noon to 2:00 pm.

This special event is possible because of the donations received and the many volunteers that sign up and pitch in each year.
A few of the May Fair team positions that we need help with include:
- Bake Shop (Shadow): Coordinate the baked good and snack pack donations, package and price items for sale, oversee Bake Shop booth during May Fair, coordinate Bake Shop volunteers.
- Floral Shop (Shadow): Organize donation/collection of flowers as well as two days of lei making with volunteers, oversee Flower Shop booth during May Fair.
- Produce (Chair): Arrange and organize the produce donations from local farmers, oversee Produce booth during May Fair, coordinate volunteers.
- Parking (Shadow): Coordinate parking on the day of the event and manage volunteers.
- Silent Auction (Shadow): Along with a co-chair, oversee donation requests, prepare items for auction, manage volunteers, oversee silent auction during May Fair, coordinate volunteers.
