Lauren Christensen Memorial 

"Lauren Christensen was a beloved first-grade teacher at Noelani Elementary School for 15 years. During that time, she cared for and nurtured hundreds of our children while teaching them how to read, solve problems, collaborate, grow in confidence, and be kind and compassionate friends to one another. Our children loved learning with their Mrs. Christensen- she made them feel safe, valued and respected every single day. Mrs. Christensen was truly a part of our families, as she made sure to attend a personal extra-curricular activity for each of her students, cheering alongside us at hundreds of sports games and recitals over the years." - Kristen Brummel

Dear Noelani Ohana and Friends,

The Lauren Christensen GoFundMe fundraising event has ended.  We received overwhelming support from Noelani Ohana and communities, who have donated $8,554 in total.  Net proceeds are $8,275.59 after a small fee charged by the platform.  The entire net proceeds will be donated to Mrs. Christensen's family through Noelani PTA.
